はじめに

  1. 本ガイドラインは、営利・非営利を問わず、個人及び同人サークルで活動をされる方に向けてのものです。
  2. 本ガイドラインに沿っての二次創作・ファン活動・配信活動を行う場合、事前の申請や利用報告は不要とします。
  3. 本ガイドラインに沿う場合でも、「和階堂真の事件簿」及び「墓場文庫」の公式・公称を称する行為は行わないでください。
  4. 本作品のイメージを著しく損なう表現、公序良俗に反する行為は禁止いたします。
  5. 個人・サークルの範囲を越えた営利目的、もしくは特定の過激な政治思想を助長するような過激な二次創作・ファン活動・配信活動だと判断した場合、公表・頒布の差し止めをする場合があります。
  6. 「和階堂真の事件簿」では、一部フリーサイト様の素材を使用しています。該当のサイト様へ「和階堂真の事件簿」に関して問い合わせをするような行為はお控えください。
  7. 本ガイドラインは予告なく変更される場合があります。
  8. 二次創作や動画配信により発生したトラブルや損害について、私たちは一切の責任を負いませんので、自己責任でご利用ください。

二次創作・ファン活動について

  1. ゲーム内及び、当サイト内における、画像、動画、音楽、音声、テキスト等の著作物を許可なく使用しないでください。
  2. 「墓場文庫」による公式作品であると誤認を招く可能性がある作品の制作、及び公開をしないでください。
  3. 他者の知的財産権を侵害しないでください。

動画配信について

  1. 配信時の概要欄などに、以下の内容をご記載ください。
  2. 核心的なストーリー部分については、ネタバレ注意の記載など、ご配慮をお願いします。
  3. 作品のイメージを著しく損なう行為、露骨に性的なコンテンツへの利用、その他公序良俗に反する行為は禁止いたします。
  4. 第三者の権利（知的財産権など）を侵害するもの、または侵害のおそれのある利用はおやめください。
  5. 「墓場文庫」から依頼があった場合には、速やかに動画の掲載を中止してください。
  6. アドベンチャーゲームの性質上、全編を配信してしまうと、ゲームの購買行動に繋がらない可能性が高いので、なるべく視聴者の皆様に作品の購入を勧めていただけますようお願いします。
  7. 現在は法人の方であっても、ガイドラインを守った上で、配信を行っていただいて問題ありません。収益化についても、ご自由にしていただいて構いません。その際の連絡等は不要と致します。

Introduction

  3. Do not create content that may be misconstrued as being official Makoto Wakaido’s Case Files or Hakababunko content.
  4. Do not create content that negatively impacts the game’s image to a large degree or that violates public order and morals.
  5. We may compel you to cease publication and distribution of your derivate work if we determine it to be for commercial purpose beyond the scope of an individual or fanclub-creation or if it promotes particularly violent or radical ideologies.
  6. Makoto Wakaido’s Case Files uses content from stock asset providers. Please refrain from contacting these providers about Makoto Wakaido’s Case Files.
  7. These guidelines are subject to change at any time without notice.
  8. We are not responsible for any damage caused to anyone by your derivate works or video uploads or streams. You shall take full responsibility for what you create.

Derivative Content and Fan Activities

  1. Do not use pictures, videos, music, audio files, text, or any other asset from the game or from this website without permission.
  2. Do not create or publish content that may be misconstrued as having been created by Hakababunko.
  3. Do not infringe on third party copyrights.

Video Upload and Streaming

  1. Include the following content in the description of the video or stream:
  2. Please warn the viewers about spoilers or important plot developments.
  3. Content that negatively impacts the game’s image, includes blatantly sexual content, and other content that violates public order and morals is prohibited.
  4. Content that infringes or is likely to infringe on third party rights (intellectual property rights, etc.) is prohibited.
  5. If we, Hakababunko, ask you to remove your video or stream, comply with this request as soon as possible.
  6. As a mystery game, streaming the entirety of the game could dissuage viewers from buying it. Please keep this in mind and, if possible, suggest that the viewers buy the game themselves.
  7. Currently, there is no problem for corporate clients to distribute their content as long as they adhere to our guidelines. You are also free to monetize your services. (No contact is required in this case.
